Shipping policy

We bake and cool our cookies just before shipment to ensure the cookies you receive are as fresh as possible!

We endeavour to bake, pack and ship your order as fast as we can. Depending on the volume of orders, expect your order to be dispatched after 1-3 business days.
We use a third party for delivery. We have no control over the service they offer.
Delivery takes 1-7 business days, depending on your location. If you're in a remote area, delivery may take longer.
You'll get an email with your tracking number once your order has been received by the courier company.
Contact the courier company first if you have any questions.

We ship orders from Monday to Wednesday.
To ensure that you receive the freshest cookies possible, we ship early in the morning and no later than a Wednesday morning. This is to prevent your cookies from lying in a hot warehouse and getting stale over the weekend.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm (15h00) on a Tuesday will only be shipped the following Monday morning.
If you have a bulk order, delivery times will be longer, generally per agreement.
Any pre-orders placed for a special occasion or event will be subject to the order deadlines advertised for that special occasion or event.

We reserve the right to decline an order cancellation or modification if we are unable to complete the request before the product has been shipped.
Please double check your order before placing it, ensuring all details in the delivery address are correct.
If an order has been fulfilled, we are unable to modify the order or shipping address.
