base cookie: a  cookie made with golden syrup and brown sugar, resulting in a strong vanilla flavour with a caramel undertone.

add-ins:  with the addition of nuts, a variety of cereals, dark (60%), milk (34%) and white chocolate chips, raisins  and  coconut,  these cookies can never be boring.

filling: a smooth and tangy, lemon cheesecake filling perfectly complements the crunchy cookie.
